Evil Eye Jewellery is a project of “Beautyland MON IKE”, a Greek company registered in Mykonos with VAT number: 800876976/Tax Office: Mykonos 84600, Greece. 

Personal data  

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).

How to shop

To add an item to your shopping bag that is available in different sizes and in different color, please select your size first and then the color you prefer. Then, click "add to shopping bag".

To complete your order, click on the “Checkout” link at the top of the page to continue.

Orders  

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may also be unable to ship a product that does not match our quality requirements due to our quality control check before dispatching an order, in which case you will be informed.

Products offered for sale by Evil Eye Jewellery are stocked and ready to ship from our distribution center. You can send us a Direct Message on our Instagram account (@evileye jewellery) if you require an item that is out of stock, and we'll try to let you know when it will be back in stock and let you know within 48 hours of the product becoming available again on the Site. Please be advised that occasionally, highly popular things may be sold out again by the time you hear our communication. Certain of our products might only be offered upon request, in which case we would manufacture them in response to a customer's special order. They will be marked as "Custom-Order" in this situation. Custom-made products cannot be returned. Your statutory rights in the event of a defective product are unaffected by this.

Your transactions will be kept on file for at least a year by Evil Eye Jewellery.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you may email evileye_jewellery@hotmail.com. This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.

Payment

The following methods of payment are accepted:

• Cash on Delivery

In a cash-on-delivery payment method, the customer (the recipient) pays for the purchase when it is delivered rather than in advance. The merchandise is returned to the seller without further demands from the client if the buyer is not paying at the time of delivery. only obtainable in Greece.Deliveries go place between 9 am and 5 pm. Make sure there will be someone there to accept and sign for your delivery. If nobody is home to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a phone number you must call in order to schedule a second delivery.

Shipping fees are usally free but if they are not you will be infrormed.

Gifts

You can specify in the notes section of the checkout process if you want your item prepared as a gift. Free gift wrapping is included. You also have the choice of a gift card, which can be delivered to you or sent to the recipient directly as a code through email (provided that you have provided us with the recipient's email address).

Return policy
Returns cannot be made if products are purchased online. Returns are only accepted at our locations within 30 days, if the item is still in its original condition.

Amendments

We retain the right to occasionally change the Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions in effect at the time you place an order with us shall apply to you. We advise you to review our Terms & Conditions from time to time to make sure you are familiar with them.

You must discontinue using the Site right away if you disagree with any modification to the TOS. Any modifications made after you have placed an order won't have an impact on that order unless we are legally forced to do so.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Greek law (E.U law) and the relevant courts of Athens, Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction.
